LittleOHMS yoga, art, play and education pod is a 4-week mindfulness and education series at NY Loves Yoga. Our studio is spacious and comfortable - we also have a gorgeous outside garden patio for snack time and sunshine! Each session combines yoga, visual art, play and study time ensuring a creative and productive experience for your child.
Each pod of children (4 min, 6 max) are self-curated. We’ve found that parents already have their children grouped in study/play groups, so we’re leaving that part up to you. If you don’t have a group of children but still wish your child to participate, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to match your child into an appropriate littleOHMS pod.
Once you have a pod, we will assign one of our expert teachers, agree on a set schedule, and we’re off! We know your children will love this time away from the screen and gives you some time to yourself every week.
Price: $40 per hour/child. (collected by one parent before the first session)
Location: NY Loves Yoga. 140 West 83rd Street. Garden Level.
