Restorative Yoga & Meditation Retreat

October 25th-27th Poconos, PA. with Gina Cuningham, MJ Watkins & Lucas Hall

Take a weekend away to relax, nourish your mind and body, while deepening your yoga and meditation practice.

Situated on the water’s edge of Judge's Pond in the Poconos, PA; this beautiful split level home is the perfect escape for a secluded yoga retreat.

The house is big enough to find a place to be alone to meditate, read a book or take a swim in the private man-made pond. Or, if you like, relax with like-minded yogi's, play some pool, use the paddle boat or kayak. There truly is something for everyone.

Come with your bestie, alone or make it a weekend getaway with your partner. Everyone is welcome! We have private or shared bedroom options - catering to your pricing and level of privacy needs.

Your hosts/teachers, Gina Cunningham, MJ Watkins and Lucas Hall create a nurturing, positive and inclusive environment, catering to all levels. See bio's below.

Gina Cunningham

Teaching Style: Mindful, Hands-on, Challenging, Fun, Creative

About: Having had a dedicated yoga practice since 1996, Gina was initially attracted to the physical challenge of yoga.  Since then, she has been fortunate to practice and study with extraordinary teachers who have opened door after door to the broader benefits of yoga and mindfulness practices.  Over the years, her practice and teaching style has evolved to be dynamic and physically challenging; yet, infused with compassion, generosity and humor.  With the philosophy that we can do what we practice, Gina is endlessly fascinated by the simplicity and the power of mindful movement, breath awareness and meditation to create space, peace and health, both on and off the mat.
