Weekend Retreats with NY Loves Yoga
Surround yourself in pristine nature and dive deep into self healing practices to rejuvenate your energy and restore your mind and body.
Only 1.5 hours from NYC, Dharamkaya Center For Wellness is perched in amongst the Catskill mountains on the outskirts of a gorgeous little town called Cragsmoor. The perfect setting to come together safely to move, breathe and BE.
Each weekend is filled with nurturing practices: yoga, meditation, breathe work, Tibetan sound baths, somatics, dharma talks - all to encourage balance and vitality to all that you are; and it feels great!
The facilities at Dharamkaya are immaculate, clean and spacious! The meditation hall is grand and awe inspiring, all rooms are private (some with ensuite's and kitchenettes), the library (with wifi) is quiet and is filled with multiple lifetimes worth of ancient knowledge. The dinning hall is filled with sun light. All food is vegetarian and is prepared with love by our very own chef - fresh and scrumptious.
Please read HERE a detailed outline of safe practices that are in place during your stay to ensure everyones health and safety.
We are thrilled to be sharing these various practices all in service of living a life of peace and joy. One thing is for sure, you'll walk away feeling clear, deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
