Most Yogis will say their biggest challenge is being comfortable at mastering inversions. Not only do these poses require physical strength, they stir up fears
and limitations set within ourselves calling for our internal strength to make an appearance.
The feeling you experience when you do an inversion unassisted is indescribable. There is a rush of adrenaline follow by elation. Once the fear is gone and you realize you are still the same even thou the world is upside down, the innumerable benefits of inversions are magical.
